Does the subscription for the surveillance tower include recordings, tower relocation, transport, group travel and employee monitoring?

Yes, the subscription includes full technical support, commissioning, tower setup, and relocation, unlimited intervention team travel, and online access to the cameras for designated personnel. Transportation within Lesser Poland and Silesia is included in the price; for other locations, we price it individually.

How quickly can you deploy a CCTV surveillance tower and what is the arrival time of the intervention team?

We can deploy a surveillance tower within a short time (up to 24 hours) of receiving the order. Our Monitoring Center responds immediately to incidents. The response team’s arrival time depends on the tower’s location and road conditions, but should not exceed 20 minutes.

What machines and cleaning products do you use?

We use only professional machines from brands like Columbus and Taski, as well as certified cleaning products. Safety data sheets for all products are available on-site.

Do you integrate physical security with electronic security systems?

Yes, as part of our physical security, we provide an electronic guard patrol system and connect all alarm and monitoring systems to our Monitoring Center.

How can you help reduce security or cleaning costs?

For cleaning, we use modern cleaning machines, rapid detergent dispensing stations, and cutting-edge work techniques. In security, we replace human labor with telecommunication systems, including CCTV, access control, entry automation, and electronic reception.
